mac007 Posted September 2, 2006 Posted September 2, 2006 There seems to be an awful lot of posts dedicated to the topic of 'public transport wishlists' and 'if I were in charge of public transport, I'd build...' plans, listing a number of pie-in-the-sky plans for bus routes, train lines or trams linking various destinations. I'm just wondering if it might be a good idea to create a forum exclusively for the discussion of such wishlists?......
feerocknok Posted September 2, 2006 Posted September 2, 2006 Yes, I've noticed this. It's been insane how many posts there have been. I think it's a Jeep thing. Do you understand? How'd we get a spammer on ComancheClub of all places?
whowey Posted September 2, 2006 Posted September 2, 2006 Huh? I haven't seen even one. Must be the mods are getting them. That or I am in my normally clueless state.
Stumpy Posted September 3, 2006 Posted September 3, 2006 Huh? I haven't seen even one. Must be the mods are getting them. That or I am in my normally clueless state. :huh???: i'm lost too..lol nevermind i got it now!! :thwak: :dunce:
JOMJ87 Posted September 3, 2006 Posted September 3, 2006 This is the second spammer i have seen on here recently. Another jeep forum I'm on has had a big problem with them. Cole
whowey Posted September 3, 2006 Posted September 3, 2006 I'll bet this is the same turd, that posted exactly the same post on NAGCA. Pete/Eagle, drop the bannination hammer before this gets out of hand.
Pete M Posted September 3, 2006 Posted September 3, 2006 I was wondering how the spammers got in (as well as why so many members have been able to accidentily post as guests) and finally figured out that when I created the newer forums, I forgot to set them to "registered only" and they were still set to the default "public". So now Tech, Pub, Trips, Testing, and Classifieds are registered only. I left Problems open so if someone is having issues, they can still post to get help.
