I doubt you're going to be pulling anything big enough for trailer brakes with that 2.5.

If you were to hook up electric trailer brakes backwards, Then step on the brakes, Would the trailer now push? Sounds like I been smokin the same stuff he has.

Front bumper is dented, rear bumper is bent, after market trailer hitch, and a $50 brake controller make this a $999 truck at best. Maybe the extra 9 must be a typo.
