so I got tipped off that jeepcomj is buying parts on another forum, mind you he still hasn't paid me back the money he owes me. I haven't heard one word from that guy other than the one post he put in the deadbeat seller thread.

I would be happy with $100, I have sent him my address and a money request thru paypal. and nothing heard

I know its been a long time, and Not to make excuses for him, but he's layed up from surgery as of the moment. Still recovering.

Yeah, last I heard, he had to have someone put his tailgate on his truck for him. Rumors true.

I haven't recieved a pay check in 1 week, and last week I had to pay $500 in deductibles, $700 of $2400 owed for my surgery. I had a hernia, which was partial cause for a testicle to become "undescended". that testicle, which became 70% more likely to become cancerous, had to be removed. on top of that, the hernia (inguinal...i.e. crotch) ruptured last week, and I had surgery on thursday morning for it.

the part in question is a serpentine/V belt combination pulley for an on board air system that I'm doing for a friend. I have two york compressors to install...one in mine, which will use a serpentine clutch ($80, which I won't buy until I've paid you back), and one in my friend Aaron's jeep. he's opting to retain the york's v-belt system since he doesn't have any issues with clearance with the radiator relocation to the rear. when I finish helping him design and install that OBA system, I get paid. he has given me the $25 for the part, which I am sending to the person selling PRIOR to him shipping it out (he will send out when payment is recieved).

you will get paid when I have money. I haven't had money due to medical issues....knowing full well months in advance that I would be having surgery at some time this month.

I know I'm no good with communication with you. here's our communication. hopefully a mod/admin will leave this open, because I don't mind having my faults shown to the forum. everyone has them, and while there is no excuse, I do want everyone to see that I am sorry.

LotGod's renix 5 speed wiring harness is on it's way out the door BTW. it was put off due to the surgery.

James750, He tried that for 6 months with no results. 87mjdriver is making it public, AGAIN, because after privately and desperately trying to reach some sort of resolution with Pat, and respectfully going through the proper channels of privately bringing the problem to admin's attention, he still hasn't gotten his part or a dime of his money back! And, after 87mj finally went public with it the first time a month or two ago, Mr. Jeepco promised him, on an open thread, after his wheeling trip to the Badlands (which obviously was not a free trip), that it would all be taken care of promptly. HORSEPOO!

Pat, certainly I don't doubt your surgery, or the added expenses you've encountered because of it. What I do doubt, AGAIN, is your maturity to address this problem and take care of it like a man. I also doubt your sincerity that you intend to settle with 87mj any time soon, because if IIRC the transaction first began last October. That's 9 months ago. There is no way you can convince me, and I'm sure a lot of other people, that you couldn't make restitution with him at some time over the past 9 months, be it all at once or at the very least in small payments over a period of time. All you've offered is one excuse after another and shallow apologies. And then you throw a tantrum when another member calls you out, which come to think of it, nobody seems willing to do most of the time. Because for some reason people don't want to hurt your feelings or maybe they just don't want to read the drama that flows from your keyboard after you are called out (or maybe they don't want to read MY drama). "I'm leaving this site for good" "I'm never selling another part to anybody on here" "I'm selling all my Jeeps, I"m done with Jeeps" Blah blah blah blah blah.

Well, unfortunately, I'm sure this thread will get shut down about 5 mins after I post this and other fair dealing members won't be able to weigh in on whether or not you are just an irresponsible kid or a friggin scheister. I've made it clear before that I believe you're just immature and irresponsible. But this kind of crap, while admittedly is really none of my business and should not occupy my free time, drives me batpoo because 87mj has patiently accepted your BS for over 9 mos now giving you chance after chance to make good on the transaction, and you blatantly crap all over him with comments like "you'll get your money when I have it". Well, I haven't been on much and then I read this, not good JeepcoMJ. Sorry to hear about your surgery, but hey one nut is better then none. So any way, this has been an issue for several months and you need to get your doody together and pay the man. Enough with the poop that comes out your mouth. I don't wanna see anything except that the money has been sent. Who knows how much you one good nut left is worth, but obviously we know how much the one is worth, it's worth what you owe this good man. Sorry to be so honest with you but that how you like it right? Honest and to the point as you were running your mouth about motion off road and Adam over on Greatlakesxj, yeah remember that, how he is a rip off artist and this and that nonsense. Kind got your dirty foot in your mouth now don't you. It's do do like this I no like to here and take great offense to. I expect it on other sites but not here. So like I said handle this like a man and clear it up. You may have money problems, but maybe he does to, you never know, may not be that much money, but not the point really here more or less about you good standing amoungst the club and as a man. If you aren't going to pay the man then just tell him out right your not going to pay him so he can write you off and go on his way with a lesson learned, and you take the lack of trust and disrespect you will get from this and even more so if you don't pay the man.

hornbrod...you are correct, I did not respond to his last pm.....about 3 months ago. I've put myself in poor situations monetarily and have no concept of spending rationally. I'm working on that.

I am working on a few things to get money to send out right now. I will let you know with a constant update when to expect it, and when payment is sent.

I can't ask if that sounds fair, because it isn't. I can't ask if that's acceptable, because again...it's probably not. I can ask, tho, that you extend your trust that far.

However, if you need to, you can probably just pull it back from my paypal account, and I will deal with the consequences of that.

wow guys i have not been on here for a while and can see that some sour things have happened. I'm sorry that this has happened i thought that this would never happen here. what makes it even worse is that this has happened with one of the more respected members. OR should i be saying formaly respected members.

JEEPCOMJ: i understand you have health issues you are dealing with and i understand that you are usually a good man of you word. but this is CHILDISH!! you are seen (or were seen) as a good reliable source of wisdom, knowledge and advice about anything jeep. You have lost some respect already but not all of it ... yet ... if i were in your shoes id be having a yard sale or limonade stand or anything to come up with the money you owe him. so you can salvage what respect and reputation you have left.
